Okay, I’ve had two different models of the LaCie brand HDD’s… and well, they have the best outside looks, but on the inside, they break easily.
My first model, was a 250 GB Porche Deisgned HDD from LaCie… that started malfunctioning after about 2 months, and I got it replaced and now it’s in Japan barely being used. After that, I decided to buy a 500 GB HDD from LaCie, and that worked better, lasted 5 months before malfunctioning, but now I can barely use it, and all my data on it is corrupt. I’m trying to find my reciept for it so I can get it fixed before the 1 year waranty is up…. but that seems unlikely.
This sucks.
