You know what’s a good news site?

permalink add this

News sites. There’s lots of them. And most of them look the same. NYTimes.com used to look like all the other news sites, but recently, they updated their site.

And guess what. It’s awsome.

At first glance, you’ll notice that there’s more than 3 columns. In fact, it looks more like the front page of a printed newspaper, with all of the small headlines, and short descriptions leading to links to their full articles. I love it because with one quick look, you get to intake a lot more information.

You know what else it looks like? A super-customized multi-blog, multi-user site. That’s what it kind of reminds me of also. And you know what? I bet someone with mad WordPress skills could build something similar to it.

I'm not finished with the design of my blog quite yet, please hold on while I fix the comments, archives, and search templates.
