There’s TONS of data lying around the web. I mean, seriously, we wouldn’t know how to make use of it (well, maybe the genius’ at Google do). But the new Swivel site has an easy way to put together different data and make graphs out of them.
The site has ways for you to compare data, upload new data, and share the data you’ve come up with.
Swivel lets you explore data and share your insights with others. Swivel has data about politics, economics, weather, sports, business and more.
It’s still a Preview, (which, I’m assuming is like a Release Candidate?), so there isn’t as much data as you would hope, but the more users who upload and share, the more variety you get to compare data from.
I'm not finished with the design of my blog quite yet, please hold on while I fix the comments, archives, and search templates.

Yep, Swivel Preview is essentially an early release candidate. So, we’re hoping people who visit us now love data so much that it will increase their tolerance for pain.
Thanks for the post.

Increase their tolerance for pain?
Well, I visit it every now and then, and I’ve used it for a report at school already, so I guess that’s increasing my tolerance for pain.
